Annunciation Site Rental:
For Koinonia Retreat
beginning 1 pm on Friday, 9/10/10
through Sunday, 9/12/10 at 6 pm
During this rental period:
Team one will use the cafeteria and sleep on the stage (10-12 people)
Team two needs women’s bedrooms (2), men’s bedrooms (2), a room to use as a Chapel, a meeting room and a supply room. (7 rooms total on the first floor)
They have reserved the Church for Sat. @ 5:30 and Sun. @ 4 pm
They will be attending the 8 am Mass at Annunciation on Sunday, 9/12/10.
Additional Rentals:
They are also requesting two rooms for planning meetings (13 people ea. room) on the following Sundays; 8/15, 8/22, 8/29 and maybe 9/5 from 1-5 pm.
Fr. Don told them $150 as a rental price.
